The most popular TV show on the internet in 2008 is Fox’s “American Idol.” It hit as the most popular reality show on Google. Number 2 was “Lost,” and then “Saturday Night Live” followed by “Big Brother” and “Dancing with the Stars.” I never miss a show of “Dancing with the Stars.” I absolutely love it!
The most popular comfort food was ice cream. Second was chili and third was spaghetti. I agree that ice cream is the most popular comfort food. I love ice cream. My favorite flavor is Cookie Dough. Did you know that the word “stressed” spelled backwards is “desserts?” I think that’s pretty cool!
The song “With You” sung by Chris Brown was on the top 12 on Billboard and for Google, followed by “My Life” sung by Lil Wayne and Sara Barailles’ “Love Song.” One of my favorite songs is by Colbie Caillat, “Bubbly.”
The most searched book on Google was Stephenie Meyer’s Breaking Dawn, being the final book of the “Twilight” series. Also by Stephenie Meyer, Twilight placed in second and New Moon fifth. I personally love the “Twilight” series, as I say in some of my other articles. I’m still waiting on the fifth book.
The most searched-for concert tickets were for the Jonas Brothers. In second was Coldplay and then Hannah Montana in third.
The list of most-searched-for social networks was headed by Facebook, in second was MySpace, and then LinkedIn. In addition, Facebook proved to be the quickest-rising general search term in the United States.
I always use Google for any searches that I do, and I always get the right website I want!

Just think, Amber–someday our technology will be so advanced, you can search Google for “ice cream,” find what you like, push a button, and a hand will come out of your screen with an ice cream cone!
I agree, Google is the best search engine.
Hmm… ice cream sounds nice, but I would prefer a computer button for hot chocolate on cold days 🙂
