Supreme Court Partially Affirms Ninth Circuit Ruling on Arizona Immigration Laws

By Dan Miller The Ninth Circuit had ruled that Arizona had improperly preempted Federal immigration law. (The Court will probably release its ObamaCare decision on Thursday.) I am The Master and will enforce or ignore whatever laws I wish.
