Here’s an interesting take from Ruben Bolling on the economic crisis. I guess it illustrates that the more things change, the more they remain the same.
Or maybe, as George Santayana said, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” One the other hand, we’re still trying to figure out what happened in Meso-America back then. Until we do, seems like we can’t be accused of not being able to remember it.
Or maybe he’s saying that the experts have always been screwed up, and it’s as dangerous to listen to them now as it was then.
That’s the one I like. But with Bolling, you’re never sure….
